On November 12, 2025, the grand opening of Shenzhen Luohu District's "Talent Day" and "Entrepreneur Day" washeld. Fan Defan, Secretary of the Luohu District Party Committee, attended anddelivered a speech, while Sun Chuan, Deputy Party Secretary and General Managerof Shenzhen Talent Group, and other leaders were also present. The Hong Kong International New Economic Research Institute (INERI)where he works is a global RWA infrastructure service and fintech innovation company rooted in Hong Kong.
