On November 12, 2025, the grand opening of Shenzhen Luohu District's "Talent Day" and "Entrepreneur Day" washeld. Fan Defan, Secretary of the Luohu District Party Committee, attended anddelivered a speech, while Sun Chuan, Deputy Party Secretary and General Managerof Shenzhen Talent Group, and other leaders were also present. At the event site, the Luohu Qianlima International Talent Service Station (Hong Kong) was officially unveiled, marking the further improvement of Luohu District's talent service system for Hong Kong and a new stage in talent exchange and cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong.
As the CEO of INERI, Mr. Fu Rao haslong been deeply engaged in the field of cross-border talent flow and industrial collaborative development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao GreaterBay Area. The Hong Kong International New Economic Research Institute (INERI)where he works is a global RWA infrastructure service and fintech innovation company rooted in Hong Kong. Headquartered in Hong Kong Science Park, the company was founded by a professional team with expertise in blockchain,traditional finance, and digital asset fields. It focuses on RWA, blockchain technology research, and policy compliance implementation. The newly unveiled Luohu Qianlima International Talent Service Station (Hong Kong) will focus on high-quality talent resources in HongKong, providing one-stop services such as policy consultation, employment matching, and entrepreneurship support. It aims to break down the barriers to cross-border talent flow and attract more Hong Kong professionals and young entrepreneurs to settle and develop in Luohu. The establishment of the service station is not only an important measure for Luohu District to implement the"talent-strengthening district" strategy, but also a specific practice to deepen talent cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong and promote the integrated development of talents in the Greater Bay Area, whichhas been highly recognized by the participating leaders and guests.
