Summary

The digital economy refers to a series of economic activities that use digital knowledge and information as key production factors, modern information networks as important carriers, and effective use of information and communication technologies as an important driving force for efficiency improvement and economic structure optimization. As business activities of enterprises and individuals realize value description, value transmission, value creation, and value realization through digital forms, the world has gradually entered the era of the digital economy. The digital economy is moving from the Internet economy to the stage of the token digital economy. This article attempts to explore the main carriers and tools of the token digital economy, and focuses on the application of securities tokens. It is recommended to encourage the use of practical tokens to digitally transform traditional economic activities, strengthen the evaluation of regulatory agencies, and strictly control the lack of open market circulation and financing transactions; restrict the issuance and trading of securities tokens to digital fiat currencies, and continuously revise and improve the regulatory mechanism with reference to international standards.
